​GENERAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

- A reservation fee is charged by "Lets Camp" when the reservation is made
- Online and walk-in reservations require a credit card to be on file
- Rate includes RV and tow vehicle (RV must be no older than 15 years and additional vehicle is $6 per day)
- Rate is based on 2 people per RV (extra guests over 16 years of age are $3 per day)
- Rate includes full hookup with cable TV, 15 Amp and 30 Amp or 50 Amp (some sites only have 30 Amp service)
- WiFi is available at an additional daily, weekly or monthly charge
- Coin operated showers are available
- Cancellations 48 hours or more before arrival date will be fully refunded except for the reservation fee (see reservation form).
- Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to a 2 day charge plus the reservation fee.
- No refunds are provided for early departure
- Rates are subject to change without notice


GENERAL SITE INFORMATION:

- Storage is allowed under the RV if the items are hidden by skirting.
- All RV's sewer hoses must be securely attached and sealed at both ends with approved connectors (threaded connectors are preferred).

- Co-owners be aware - if the rental is private and the site breaker in the electrical building trips (unlikely because there are breakers in the site service pedestal), there is a resetting charge of $100 for the first occurrence and $200 for the second occurrence. Call 250-306-7359 if your site breaker trips (not the pedestal breaker).

- Co-owners are responsible for keeping their site neat and clean.
